Jackson, MI – Horrific details emerging in a case out of Michigan where a man arraigned on 12 counts of first degree sexual misconduct admitted he sexually assaulted his three-year-old daughter “too many times to remember.”

The 27-year-old has also been accused of taking elicit photographs of her for his own sexual gratification and even made her watch child porn. His wife admitted she helped her husband penetrate their daughter by holding her hands “so it wouldn’t hurt so much” while he held her legs if she tried to get away.

The girl’s mother, who has a history of being sexually abused, also admitted she and her husband watched pornography and had sex in front of the girl. She also said her husband has raped her too, and once grabbed her throat after she saw him physically abuse her sons when they were ages 2 and 4. He threatened to throw her out a window if she ever called police.

Police got involved after someone called to report the girl’s sexualized behavior, behavior that included her “humping her stuffed animals” and asking her brother for sex. The details of the case were revealed in a petition filed by the Department of Human Services. They are seeking to terminate the man and wife’s parental rights to their children.

The girl and two boys, ages 5 and 8, have been removed from the custody of the girl’s mother and have been placed in foster care. The family had been living at the Avalon Hotel. The father says he is a sex addict with a gambling problem and has written an apology letter to his daughter that read, in part:

“If you’re reading this, I am either dead or in jail. I am not proud of being here. I also was touched as a child and repressed its memory as long as I could. When we moved, that nightmare came back and haunted me and I unfairly took it out on you. I am sorry for what I have done and hope that you have a happy life wherever you end up.

“I know you are going to have a lot of questions as to why this happened and I can tell you that at this time, I am not fully sure as to why this happened. Please know that I want the best for you and I am going to get the help I need. My head is not right and hasn’t been for a long time. I know that I can never take back what I did and can say sorry a million times.”

The mother has not been charged with a crime at this time, but detectives said the investigation is continuing.

Lynnwood, WA – A woman who was raped in 2008 is suing the the Lynnwood police, saying they discounted her story, ignored evidence and ended up charging her with making a false statement to police.

In August 2008, a man with a butcher knife broke into the apartment of the then 18-year-old victim, gagged her, bound her hands with a shoelace and raped her. Before leaving, he told her he’d taken photos of her and knew her name.

The victim reported the attack immediately, and police would gather evidence from the house, including stained sheets, the shoelaces, blindfold and gag. A medical examination of the victim would show she had injuries to both her wrists and abrasions on her genitals. Doctors would also collect DNA specimens from the victim.

The lawsuit alleges none of this evidence mattered to detectives Jerry Rittgarn and Sgt. Jeff Mason. They did not believe she was telling the truth based on comments from three people who doubted her story. One was her former foster mother and the other was a friend who had spoken to the victim on the phone the night she was raped. The third was an anonymous caller.

She claims she was taken to the police station three days after the rape where she was questioned for hours without an attorney and eventually bullied into recanting her story. Detective Rittgarn wrote in his report that the victim would not look him in the eye, repeatedly said she “believed” she had been raped and, said she was not worried that a rapist was on the loose. “Based on her answer and body language it was apparent that [the victim] was lying about the rape,” he wrote in the report.

Despite the physical evidence, the detectives ceased their investigation based on this interview and the comments made by three people who had no first-hand knowledge of the actual rape. The victim returned to to the police station shortly after and asked to withdraw her denial regarding the rape. They would not oblige and threatened to have her evicted from the at-risk youth facility where she was living. She would later be fined $500 for filing a false rape claim.

It would take 2½ before anyone believed her after serial-rapist Marc O’Leary was arrested for several rapes in Colorado. Among the items detectives found in O’Leary’s possession were photographs of the Lynnwood victim and her ID card. O’Leary would later be convicted of three rapes in Colorado and two in Washington, including the Lynnwood victim, and is currently serving a 327-year prison sentence.

Lynnwood refunded the victim her $500, which I am sure the victim appreciated. She showed them what she thought about them by filing a civil-rights lawsuit against the Lynnwood police for violating her rights by discounting her story. Also named in the lawsuit are the agency that runs the youth facility she had been living at the time of the attack, and two of its employees.

After O’Leary’s arrest, Lynnwood police Cmdr. Steve Rider told The Herald of Everett: “Suffice it to say, certain pieces of information just led investigators to the wrong conclusion.”

RICHLAND, WA – Police have arrested 36-year-old Jose Aguilar after the 9-month-old baby of his girlfriend was found dead in her crib, suffering blunt force trauma and severe vaginal trauma.

Jennifer Reedy told detectives that on Thursday night, Aguilar wanted to have sex but she told him no. She said Aguilar told her he would take care of himself and left to go to the bathroom where he presumably jacked off for 30 minutes and then returned. Jennifer said when she woke up at 3 a.m. and noticed Aguilar was gone, she didn’t care and she did not look for him.

When she woke up a couple of hours later and noticed Aguilar was still gone, she got up and found her car was missing and so was the cash in her purse. She called Aguilar who informed her he was on his way to California. She did not check on Serenity until around 9 a.m. and found her purple in her crib.

Serenity’s death would be ruled a homicide after it was determined that Serenity had died from two, separate skull fractures and had suffered severe trauma to her vagina. But that’s the vanilla description. What the doctor actually wrote  in their report was “clear destruction of the vaginal mucosa posteriorly consistent with second degree laceration. No evidence of hymenal ring present.”

Investigators talked to Aguilar via cell phone at which time he told them he was laying on the living room floor with the baby before placing her on the couch and left the room. Aguilar said he heard a thud and came back to the living room where he found Serenity had fallen to the floor. He said he looked her over and found no bruises.

Aguilar told them he was no longer in the state but agreed to return to the Tri-Cities. However, police were able to track his cell phone to a Greyhound bus in Barstow, California. That’s where he was arrested on first degree manslaughter charges. No doubt, more charges will be coming.

Cobb County, GA – A 13-year-old girl missing for a month was found hiding in the room of a 21-year-old man she’d met over the Internet.

Cobb County College student Joshua Measroach, 21, apparently used social media to convince a 13 year old girl to come with him after communicating online for three months. On May 2nd, Joshua drove the 50 mile distance to the girl’s Newton County home to pick her up and take her with him back to his room in Cobb County. The incident was initially thought to be a runaway situation as several of the girl’s personal effects were taken from her room.

The girl’s parents helped police with the investigation noting she was an avid user of social media websites. It’s undoubtedly through her online activities that police were able to find the girl holed up with Joshua Measroach. It’s there the girl and Joshua had engaged in various sexual acts during her month-long stay. It’s unclear whether she was being held against her will, but considering she went willingly with him, I have a feeling she was there on her own accord – at least initially.

The pervert was arrested and charged with the following felonies: rape, aggravated child molestation, child molestation and enticing a child for indecent purposes. He was also charged with misdemeanor interference with custody. He will also be facing charges in Newton County where the girl was abducted, according to Deputy Cortney Morrison with the Newton County Sheriff’s Office.

Missouri – Last December, Jessica Howell’s four-month-old daughter was raped and strangled by her boyfriend. He is currently awaiting trial, but now prosecutors have also charged Jessica after they say she knew her boyfriend was a child predator and even encouraged him to rape her daughter.

I was staying away from this one after posting the story about the 9-month-old who suffered “total destruction” of the vagina, but Jessica deserves to be on the site. Be warned, if you don’t  want your day ruined, skip the rest of this article.

Jordan Prince was accused of the rape and murder of Ashlyn Peters on December 3, 2012. He was watching the four-month-old while her mother, Jessica, was sleeping. At some point he became frustrated when she would not stop crying and strangled her to death. Police allege the source of her discomfort was because Prince had sexually assaulted the girl.

It sounds strange to say this, but the strangulation was actually a blessing because the baby was in Hell. Had Ashlynn not been strangled to death, she would have died from the injuries inflicted on her anus. According to the criminal complaint:

“Ashlynn was sexually assaulted causing multiple tears to her anus, a massive laceration to her rectum with massive hematoma to the area of the pelvis. The injuries to the anus and rectum of Ashlynn were sufficient to eventually cause her death even without the strangulation.”

Prince was subsequently arrested and is currently in jail on charges of first-degree murder, abuse of a child and forcible sodomy. Now, finally, prosecutors have charged Jessica with abuse and second-degree murder. They allege she knew Prince had a previous conviction for sexual offense against a minor. Even more sickening is their claim that Jessica admitted to sending Prince text messages suggesting her willingness to allow him to rape Ashlynn.

“In those text messages she suggested and encouraged some unspeakable things,” St. Charles Prosecuting Attorney Tim Lohmar said. “It is very, very disturbing.”

EAGLE POINT, OR – This happened earlier this month, but someone sent it to us and I couldn’t pass it up. Leland Kinkey has been accused of trying to rape his wife twice before killing a lamb with his bare hands.

Jackson County Sheriff deputies responding to a physical domestic dispute call arrived at a home to find 46-year-old Leland Kinkey running around his property naked and screaming. Kinkey allegedly told the deputies that he had killed a lamb by slamming it into a car, breaking its neck, because “he was trying to be a man.”

After detaining Kinkey, they got more details from witnesses at the scene. Deputies learned Kinkey had gotten angry an hour earlier earlier because of mechanical issues with a vehicle. Enraged, he went inside the home and tried to rape his wife. She was able to run out of the home, along with her two children, and jump into a van.

While trying to leave the property, Kinkey dragged her out of the van by her hair and began beating her. He then tried to rape the woman a second time, this time in front of the children. Two other adults who lived at the property intervened and called 911.

Kinkey was arrested on the suspicion of kidnapping, attempted rape, assault, strangulation and aggravated animal abuse. He is in the Jackson County jail on a $1,025,000 bail.

THIBODAUX, LA — Police have arrested a 49-year-old homeless man after they say he raped a pre-teen twice in the last couple weeks.

Police were first alerted to Brian Stickel after the victim told their parents they had repeated sexual contact with Stickel, a friend of the family who lives in the woods near-by.

The first time Stickel allegedly gave the victim money and sexually abused the child inside the victim’s home, said Thibodaux Public Information Officer David Melancon. The second time Stickel sexually abused the child was a few weeks later after Stickel lured the victim into the woods on the pretense of showing the victim how to shoot a bow and arrow.

Police found Stickel sitting in front of an apartment across the street from the victim’s home and arrested him. Brian Stickel has been charged with with two counts of aggravated rape and is being held on a $300,000 bond.

MARYVILLE, MO — Moments after being found guilty of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl, Steve Parson took a fatal dose of cyanide inside the courtroom.

The 48-year-old had been charged with forcible sodomy but after a three day trial, a jury found him guilty of statutory sodomy. He was facing a maximum sentence of seven years in prison, but I guess that was seven years too many for Parsons.

“As the judge was polling the jury, Mr. Parson’s stood up, walked to where I was seated and looked at me and said, ‘I’m going to throw up,’” said Nodaway County Sheriff Darren White, who was seated near Parsons.

A couple minutes after taking a small drink out of a cup and returning to his seat, Parsons got busy dying. “Mr. Parson’s arched his back and began to have a seizure,” White said. Parsons would stop breathing shortly after and would be pronounced dead on his way to the hospital.

Investigators would soon learn that Parson had ordered 100g of cyanide from a company on June 25 and had it shipped overnight. The coroner would later confirm Parson had died from cyanide, stating, “this was the most classic case of cyanide poisoning that he’s ever been a party to.”

Jerry Biggs, the Gentry County Prosecuting Attorney, said Parsons’ conviction and self-imposed death sentence was a “tragedy on top of tragedy.” Tragedy for the victim who went through a lot to go to trial and take the stand against Parsons, and tragedy for Parsons’ family who sat through the trial and were in the courtroom when he keeled over.

As for me and how I feel about parsons’ death? Good show and good riddance.

OSSINING, NY – A high school teacher from upstate New York spent Friday night on a jail cot instead of his wedding bed after being charged with raping a 16-year-old student. Does that count as missing an important engagement?

The teacher, John M. Azabache, was arrested after the girl’s family contacted police, and surrendered at Ossining Town Court on Friday afternoon. According to the girl, the couple allegedly had sexual relations twice between March and July, although not on school property.

Azabache pleaded not guilty to third-degree rape and posted $50,000 bail. At his arraignment, Justice Nancy Quinn Koba asked Azabache whether he understood the order of protection she was issuing to keep him away from his alleged victim, the would’ve-been bride, Amanda Rae DeLuccia and two members of her family. “They are witnesses to events after the fact,” Koba said of DeLuccia and the relatives named.

Defense lawyer Tony Castro said Azabache’s wedding to DeLuccia, originally scheduled for Friday, was canceled. Gee, ya think? The attorney would not say whether the cancellation had anything to do with his client’s criminal charges. Guess he’s not a read-between-the-lines kind of guy. Online wedding registries showed the couple were to receive gifts such as towels, dinnerware and a bright red mixer, as well as Justin Bieber posters. Okay, no, the Bieber posters are only a rumor.

Raymond Sanchez, the Ossining School District Superintendent, said officials were “disturbed and appalled” by the charges, and that counseling will be available to students next week. Sanchez added that Azabache, 31, was hired in 2008 and had no prior criminal record. He has been “administratively reassigned” and barred from school grounds, said Sanchez.

Many guests were told Thursday night that the wedding was off, which must have sucked for those traveling, and who couldn’t find a good bar on a Thursday night in upstate New York. “It all just came out at the last minute,” said the bride’s 92-year-old grandmother, Josephine DeLuccia. “He always seemed like a nice guy. I don’t know what happened.” As for her granddaughter, she told her that she was ok and would spend what would have been her wedding night hanging out with friends.

Azabache’s lawyer said after the arraignment, “I just want to note that what he’s being charged with does not involve any forcible compulsion. It involves an alleged incident with a minor, someone who is just under 17 years old.” Could just be me, but with Azabache being a math teacher, he should’ve been able to figure out that no matter how close you are to 17, it doesn’t make you 17, or lessen your qualifications as jailbait. Azabache is due back in court on Tuesday.

STLOUIS, IL - Before I get started on a bunch of terrible news, I thought I would make a public service announcement regarding a convicted sexual predator who has gone missing after removing an ankle monitor and leaving a halfway house.

Frederick Buettner, 40, was sentenced to ten years in prison after he pleaded guilty to raping his daughter in 2004. He was released to a halfway house in May and was outfitted with an ankle monitor. But on July 8, he removed the monitor without setting off its alarm and hasn’t been seen since.

As you can imagine, the victim and her mother are scared shitless. She says her daughter was only five-years-old when she finally told her Buettner had been sexually abusing her for two years.

“I have lived through hell for the last 11 years and I can’t imagine anyone living through the hell that we have gone through,” she said.

She said that her daughter can’t sleep and is afraid her dad will retaliate against her because she told authorities about his abuse. They have been granted an Order of Protection, boarded up their windows and are now sleeping in shifts.

“It’s the worst nightmare I can imagine living through, knowing he’s out there and stalking us or someone else, it’s terrifying,” the victim’s mother said. “ ”I want him back in prison, where he belongs.”

Alexandria, VA - A DJ in Las Vegas known as Joey Flash has been arrested and charged with filming the rape of various women in the Virginia area, all of whom seem to be unconscious.

Police were first alerted to 34-year-old Joseph M. Rivera’s alleged activities after one of his victim’s reported he’d sexually assaulted her in May. During their investigation, police learned that Rivera had been sexually assaulting unconscious women over a period of several years.

“All the victims appeared unconscious and to this day are unaware of the videos and photographs,” said Detective Brian J. Byerson

Police were able to identify some of the women who told investigators that they never consented to the sex acts or to appearing in  Rivera’s videos. Other women featured in the videos have not been identified and probably have no idea they have been sexually assaulted. Which brings up an interesting question… if you didn’t know you had been raped, would you want to?

Legalities and justice aside, I imagine having an all around good day ruined by a phone call from a cop that goes something like this:

Rivera told investigators that the videos were created between November 2011 and December 2012. He was arrested Tuesday night in Las Vegas and was awaiting extradition to Virginia to face charges of rape, aggravated sexual battery and animate sexual object penetration and two counts of unlawful filming.

No word on how Rivera came into contact with all these women or if the women had been drugged. His former roommate told reporters that Rivera’s profession had him in contact with lots of women and that he was personable. “He was the trusted guy to take them home,” he said.

SEATTLE, WA – Police have arrested a Level 2 sex offender after he allegedly sexually assaulted a woman inside a church Sunday morning.

Police say 37-year-old Aaron Little was at St. Spiridon Orthodox Cathedral during 9:30 a.m. church services, sitting behind the victim. Church members were already familiar with Little, as he had caused problems the Sunday before and police had to be called.

Now he was back, and when the 25-year-old woman’s row stood up to perform some kind of bizarre church related ritual, Little reached over and lifted the woman’s skirt so he could sneak a peek at her goods. The woman didn’t even realize what happened, but several of her relatives did. They immediately took Little out of the church through the front door.

But Little was a persistent son-of-a-bitch. Before those relatives could even get back inside the church, Little slipped inside through a side door, went over to the victim, lifted up her skirt and sexually assaulted her. The woman ran away from Little and once again, her relative caught up to him and held him until police arrived.

Witt said Little told officers he had mental health problems and was taking medications. Although this may be true, the officers found he was also a registered sex offender and booked him into the King County Jail for investigation of rape. The sex offender registry lists Little as a level two threat based on a conviction for assault to commit rape out of California more than a decade ago.

OMAHA, NE – Prosecutors have charged a a 19-year-old with first-degree murder and sexual assault after his victim, a 93-year-old widow, died from her injuries after being raped and brutally beaten.

Louise Sollowin died Wednesday, three days after the man broke into her home and attacked her, Omaha police said. Sollowin was found by an officer sent to the south Omaha house where the woman had lived for the past 71 years. She was discovered in her bedroom, bleeding, around 9 a.m. Sunday, according to reports.

Sergio Martinez-Perez, 19, was still in the house, naked and passed out on top of the woman, when police arrived. Now, I’m no lawyer, but I’d say that’s gonna be a pretty tough thing to explain away at trial. Authorities believe Martinez-Perez entered the home through an unlocked door.

Prosecutors say that Martinez-Perez admitted to assaulting and raping the elderly resident because he was “angry with women” after a night of drinking. Douglas County Attorney Don Kleine filed the murder charge on Thursday, adding it to already-pending charges of first-degree sexual assault, first-degree assault and burglary. Martinez-Perez is scheduled to be arraigned on Friday.

Kleine said the murder charge applies to this case because Nebraska law allows for murder charges to be filed whenever a victim dies as a result of the commission of another felony, such as rape. Autopsy results showed that Sollowin’s cause of death was blunt force trauma.

“She loved her family and her family loved her. She was all about family. It was just such a brutal and senseless thing,” said Teresa HartzellHartzell of her grandmother’s murder. And, it just gets worse. Here’s the kicker: Douglas County jail staff said federal immigration officials have placed an immigration hold on loverboy, indicating that authorities believe he’s in the U.S. illegally.

Allyson Mendoza with the Douglas County Public Defender’s Office will have the unpleasant task of representing Martinez-Perez. She declined to comment on his case Thursday.

New York – It took twenty-five years, but Tawana Brawley made her first payments to one of the men she falsely accused of raping her in 1987.

A lot of us older folk remember this case like it was yesterday. A young black woman discovered in a trash bag covered in shit claiming she’d been gang raped by a group of white men who scrawled the words “KKK”, “Nigger”, and “Bitch” on her body.

She told police that she was abducted by two white men who took her into the woods where four other white men joined in raping her 33 times. She was unable to give clear descriptions of any of the men, and would only answer police with nods and blank expressions. However, one detail she revealed was that one of the men had blond hair, a holster and a badge.

The story alone was enough to get the public’s attention and outrage, including celebrities like Bill Cosby, Spike Lee and Don King. But when Rev. Al Sharpton, a relatively unknown at the time, began handling Brawley’s publicity with attorneys Alton H. Maddox and C. Vernon Mason, the case took off like a race-baiting wildfire.

They would first accuse Harry Crist, a police officer who committed suicide three days after Brawley’s alleged attack. When Crist’s friend, Assistant District Attorney Steven Pagones, provided an alibi for Christ, Sharpton and crew accused him of being one of the rapists while also claiming state government officials were trying to cover up the crime because the defendants were white.

A grand jury was called and over a seven month period, heard from 180 witnesses and looked at 250 exhibits. On October 6, 1988, the Abrams Grand Jury concluded Brawley had lied. The 170 page report concluded Brawley had not been abducted, assaulted, raped and sodomized. Furthermore, it concluded that the allegations against Pagones were false.

A good portion of the evidence they were presented showed that Brawley lied about the attack to avoid being punished by her mother and violent stepfather for running away. Witnesses testified that Brawley’s mother, Glenda Brawley, had beaten her daughter for running away before and that her stepfather, Ralph King, stabbed his first wife 14 times and later shot her to death. He’d also attempted to beat Brawley inside a police station after she was arrested for shoplifting.

There was also evidence presented that showed Brawley’s mother and King knew Brawley was lying about the attack and participated in the hoax because of fame and profit. Neighbors told the grand jury that Glenda Brawley was overheard saying to King, “You shouldn’t have took the money because after it all comes out, they’re going to find out the truth.” Another neighbor heard Mrs. Brawley say, “They know we’re lying and they’re going to find out and come and get us.”

But none of this helped Pagones as his reputation and career were ruined – along with his marriage. So he filed a defamation suit against Brawley, Sharpton, Maddox and Mason that he won in 1998. As for Brawley, she did not show up to court and the judge subsequently ordered her to pay Pagones $185,000 in damages. Last week Pagones got his first payment from Brawley in the form of 10 checks totaling $3,764.61. Because of interest, Brawley must pay Pagones a total of $431,000 in damages. Pagones has stated he would forgive the debt if Brawley admits the truth.

HOUSTON, TX – Police in Texas have arrested a 10-year-old girl, charging her with the rape of a 4-year-old boy, and I still cannot find what in the hell this girl allegedly did.

Police say the incident happened back in April, but an arrest wasn’t made until last week after a juvenile sex crimes investigator was assigned to the case. The girl’s mother says her daughter has been accused of raping the boy in the courtyard of their apartment complex.

“She was just being a child having fun and playing,” the woman said. “She didn’t know she was doing anything wrong.”

The girl was arrested and taken to the downtown juvenile justice complex where she was fingerprinted, issued a standard jump suit and locked up in a cell. She was reportedly held there for four days without an attorney.

Quanell X, the leader of the New Black Panther Party in Houston, has stepped in to help defend the girl. “This was nothing more than inappropriate horseplay,” Quanell X said. “That’s what this was. That’s gone a little bit too far and criminalizing a 10-year-old child.”

This despite the fact that the girl’s own mother has stated it is possible her daughter did commit a crime. “I’m not saying that she didn’t. I’m not saying she did, but she’s still a child.”

Without knowing exactly what this girl did, it’s hard to comment on the actions of police. However, I’m wondering if Quanell X would have stepped forward had the victim been a 4-year-old girl and the suspect a 10-year-old boy.

JOHNSON COUNTY, TX – An accused kiddie-diddler, and the man police say created “some of the worst child pornography” they’d ever seen, was found dead in his jail cell early Monday, but who gives a shit?

According to the Tarrant County medical examiner’s office, 50-year-old Jay Thomas Morgan, a co-defendant in a two-county child porn investigation, was found dead in his cell.

Unfortunately, his death was not from pliers, fire ants, or large-diameter dildos with rusty nails protruding from them. Turns out the accused pedophile hanged himself in his cell using a T-shirt.

Morgan, who had been in jail since July 31, 2012, was awaiting trial on charges that included aggravated sexual assault of a child and continued abuse of a young child. His bail had been set at half a million bucks, which, luckily, he hadn’t been able to raise. His trial was scheduled to begin in October.

Prison officials said that the cretin wasn’t on suicide watch. “He hadn’t shown any signs at all,” Johnson County Sheriff Bob Alford noted.

Rosalyn Elizabeth Burdett, Morgan’s sleazebag partner-in-crime, remains in custody with her bail also set at $500,000. She’s also accused of multiple counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child.

The lowlifes are accused of having sex with a 7-year-old boy and a 9-year-old girl, and photographing the rapes. Last July, police received a tip concerning the presence of child pornography at the home of Rosalyn Burdett. In August, investigators seized graphic sexual images of adults performing sex acts on children from Burdett’s residence.

Subsequently, they collected numerous items and pieces of evidence related to the crimes from Morgan’s home in Arlington. How bad was it? Lt. Tim Jones, a Johnson County Sheriff’s department spokesperson said that the evidence collected stunned even experienced investigators.

“Let your imagination go as deep as you could think, and it would be 100 million times worse than you ever thought,” he said.

Hopefully Burdett has plenty of t-shirts. Police say she was fine when they informed her of Morgan’s death-dangle, but went ahead and placed her on suicide watch.

SALEM, OR  - The Marion County Sheriff’s Office have charged 35-year-old Sarah Beth Hopkins with multiple counts of sex abuse and rape after they say she was having a sexual relationship with an 11-year-old boy.

She got busted after the boy’s mother became suspicious of her one-time neighbor’s close relationship with her son and confronted him about it. The boy ‘fessed up and told his mom that he’d been cleaning Hopkins’ mud flaps for the last eight months.

The boy’s mother confronted Hopkins with what her son had told her and Hopkins admitted that it was true. She said she’d been having sex with the boy since February; playing find-the-wet-spot with him in her apartment and in public places when they went on walks together.

When police interviewed Hopkins, she told them she never forced the boy for sex or gave him anything in return. Hopkins was arrested and charged with 20 counts of rape and sodomy. Her bail has been set at $1 million and she’ll be back in Aug. 20.

LEE’S SUMMIT, MO — I’m not condoning grown men having sex with 13-year-old girls, but if you do, it’s probably not a good idea not to send the victim’s mother text messages apologizing for what you did.

That’s what  22-year-old Codey Everhart is accused of doing after he allegedly raped a 13-year-old neighbor. According to the girl, shortly after her mother left for work, Codey knocked on her window asking if she wanted to go out. She said no, but allowed Codey to come in to use the bathroom.

According to the girl, when Codey came out of the bathroom he threw her on the bed and sexually assaulted her. She told police she was able to get away from him and hide in a bathroom until Codey left the home. That’s when the girl put her clothes on and ran to a friend’s house for help.

Sometime afterwards, Codey sent the girl’s mother text messages apologizing for what he did. According to court records the text message read:

“Omg im so sorry….it was the biggest mistake IV ever made plz I’m sorry plz don’t call the cops…Ihave kids…plz I will do whatever u want I’m so so rry handsome sacred I shouldv never said yes when she asked me to come over And scared* I’m so scared….I’m so sorry mam….I sware off girls altogther…plz I’m so sorry….plz say something? ?? Plz call me mam I’m so scared right now I feel like my whole world is gona crash dwon on me…..And I ‘m worried ima loose my daugthers…….. (plz call or text plzzz”

When police interviewed the victim, they noticed marks around her neck and slight bruising on her thighs. When Codey was interviewed, he told police that the girl, who he knew was only 13, invited him over to make out. He admitted there was some physical contact, but denied having full sexual intercourse with the girl.

Codey Everhart was arrested and charged with forcible rape and two counts of first-degree statutory rape. Prosecutors requested a bond of $250,000 cash. Everhart’s father has apologized to the victim’s family and is now trying to get custody of his son’s 4-year-old daughter.

BROOKLYN, NY – Police took a man into custody on Tuesday and charged him in three violent home invasions in Williamsburg and Greenpoint, committed within a few hours.

In the first assault, 24-year-old Edgar Marrero, a homeless man, allegedly pushed his way into a Berry Street apartment just before 8 p.m. Monday evening. According to police, he told the victim, a 27-year-old woman, that he would kill her if she didn’t give him money. Marrero knocked her unconscious with a blow to the head and then allegedly raped her. He also stole the woman’s iPhone and laptop, according to the police report.

Marrero was only getting started, though. Investigators believe he struck again about two hours later, ringing the bell at an Engert Ave apartment in Greenpoint. When the resident, 40-year-old Jenine Gonzalez , answered the door, police say Marrero forced his way inside the home. She told detectives that the suspect punched her in the face before throwing her to the kitchen floor to try and add her to the list of people he wanted to share DNA with.

“When he threw me on the floor he picked up my dress. That’s when I started to yell. I thought he was going to rape me,” she said. Surprise-surprise, though, when Marrero discovered that her husband, 57-year-old Jonathan Gonzalez, was home. He ended up having his throat and belly slashed with a key while trying to prevent Marrero from raping his wife.

“She grabbed the knife and she went to stab him. When he seen the knife he said, ‘No, no, no, I’ll leave. I told her, ‘Stab him, stab him!’” Gonzalez said. Unfortunately, it doesn’t appear that his wife got the chance.

Marrero’s 1-man-crime-spree wasn’t over yet, though. He’s believed to be responsible for an attack that occurred on Nassau Avenue in Greenpoint at 10:30 p.m. The victim in that case, a 47 year old woman, told police that a man followed her to her third-floor apartment. “He pushed me into my bedroom,” said the woman. “We were struggling, I screamed, and my roommate came running.” Marrero fled the apartment with a laptop after the roommate attacked him with a broom.

Marrero is also accused of attacking a 44-year-old woman at Norman Avenue and Kingsland Avenue, as she was chaining up her bicycle. Police say he struck that woman with a bag filled with stolen items from the first two attacks and then touched her inappropriately, groping her genitals. In all, Marrero is suspected of committing four violent attacks in two hours, with the final three taking place in just over 30 minutes.

Marrero was located by cops during the ensuing manhunt. He was found with the stolen property, sleeping in a nearby building. He was taken into custody without incident. The equally horny and violent Marrero has been charged with rape, attempted rape, forcible touching, sexual abuse, burglary and robbery. No bail had yet been set.

REDSTONE TOWNSHIP, PA – Most people recall fond memories of the ice cream trucks rolling through their neighborhood, but the only memories one 12-year-old girl in Pennsylvania will have of these musical, frozen treat dispensers is having been raped in one.

According to the affidavit, Ronald Burwell III and a 12-year-old girl were selling ice cream in June. The co-owner of this particular ride stated that drivers bringing kids along with them is something a lot of the drivers do. He also stated Burwell presented the girl as a family member, and had only been working for F & S Ice Cream for about three weeks. “She would call him ‘Dad’ around the yard when we were loading up trucks and things. There’s something bloodcurdlingly creepy going on there,”  the co-owner’s son said.

Ronald “Ronnie” Burwell’s activities were discovered after the girl and her mother went to the police on Wednesday, September 4th to report the sexual assault. The girl told detectives that a few days before the rape, she and Burwell were already going into the back of the ice cream truck kissing and discussing using protection during sex.

She stated that on August 22, she went to the a convenience store  and bought a condom from a restroom machine. Once she and Burwell were done selling ice cream for the day, the two travelled to a remote area and pulled onto a back road where they performed oral sex on each other before having intercourse. Although the relationship between Burwell and the girl is still unclear, the girl told police that she came to know Burwell through his job delivering ice cream.

One day after the police report was filed, the investigation revealed an empty box of condoms on the floor of the truck and “Ronnie” was arrested for involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, statutory sexual assault, indecent assault, aggravated indecent assault and corruption of a minor.

These new charges should land him in the pokey for much longer than his last prison stint, in which he was sentenced to 1-12 months after pleading guilty to child endangerment charges. In that incident, Burwell was holding a four-year-old boy in his arms while waving a 9mm pistol. It is not clear how much time he actually served for that conviction. Burwell has yet to be arraigned for his new shenanigans but is being held in Fayette County Jail, unable to post his $100,000 bond. He will be back in court today for his preliminary hearing.

At first glance, the wording of the charge “involuntary deviate sexual intercourse,” appears to be a severe reduction of a rape charge . In the state of Pennsylvania, IDSI with a complainant less than 13 years carries a mandatory sentence of not less than 20 and not more than 40 years’ imprisonment. Coupled with his history and the other charges, I’m guessing it will be a long time before Burwell will be able to serve any more Screwballs to 12-year-old girls.
